Unfortunately this forces me to make a passage for partial recrystallization before passing a second time in the blender then fine sieve and graining.
No one made BP in old school way... Wooden mallet in a big stone mortar, 5 to 10 % moisture minutes of hammering for gram. For century BP was made like that. The time required for a usable BP (12 to 15 shell weight) is far less than ball mill. Obviously with ball mill BP is far better and safe to make.
